Sera pH/KH-minus 100ml

Some species of fish (such as discus and angelfish) are adapted to very soft water and require such conditions, in particular, for reproduction. However, the water may have too high a carbonate hardness (KH) or a too high pH due to natural metabolic processes, including when keeping other fish species. In these cases, sera pH/KH-minus provides reliable and fast support. The pH and KH values ​​are immediately and precisely reduced and adjusted. This creates suitable housing conditions that greatly contribute to the vitality and well-being of the fish.

sera pH/KH-minus lowers the pH and KH values ​​and is used to make the water soft and slightly acidic.
Recommended dosage sera pH/KH-minus
To reduce carbonate hardness (KH) by approx. 1°dKH daily, add 5 ml sera pH/KH-minus for every 20 liters of water.

Repeat the dosage daily until the desired result is achieved. Do not add more than double the dose per day, as sudden KH changes of more than two degrees are not tolerated by all fish! Aerate the water well during application. Do not allow the KH to fall below 3°dKH (monitor with the sera kH-Test), otherwise there is a risk of a sharp drop in pH values!
