Koi Silkworm & Astaxanthin size M is a medium sized floating pelleted food for everyday feeding of koi carp in warm weather, at water temperatures between 15 and 30°C. The unique, balanced raw material composition (including 10% silkworm pupae), rich in high quality, easily digestible proteins, speeds up growth, contributes to the development of splendid body shape and reaches the body condition characteristic of show fish. The low-carbohydrate diet formula promotes muscle growth and reduces fat accumulation, which is a common and undesirable phenomenon in koi carp. In addition, the exceptionally high content of astaxanthin and carotenoids from natural sources, including velvetgrass, paprika and spirulina, enhances the red, yellow and orange colors of the fish in a short period of time.
