It is used in a bag, especially well suited for clarifying water during the initial installation of your aquarium. It can be used as the main filter material, placed in the filter after EHFIMECH/EHFIFIX. If you need to add medicines to the aquarium, take out the Eheim Karbon for the duration of the medication.
