The Arcadia D3 + reptile lamp has a higher UV output than most reptile lamps - a healthy 14% UV light, better mimics natural light.

The most powerful UVB lamp on the market, this 14% T5 lamp is designed for high performance UVB radiation suitable for species such as Uromastyx, Agamids, African tortoises and iguanas.

This UV bathing means your reptile can synthesize vitamin D3 - a significant part of the reptile's maintenance - which allows them to absorb dietary calcium - which means the reptile will have strong and healthy bones.

This new Arcadia D3 + lamp is a new and better kind of UV light and is a T5 fluorescent lamp, consuming less energy.

The lamp should be positioned 35-50 centimeters above the reptile's head to maximize lamp coverage and is best used with a T5 reflector to direct more light towards your reptile.
