The Sera Ammonium / Ammonia Test (NH3 / NH4) is a test for measuring the levels of ammonia and ammonia in freshwater and saltwater aquariums. The toxic ammonia level can be easily calculated using the table attached to the test, based on the measured ammonium level and the acidity (pH) level. Sera nitrivec (for fresh water) and sera ammovec (for seawater) reduce ammonium and thus ammonia levels. The contents of the package are designed for approximately 50 measurements in fresh and sea water. The content of toxic free ammonia is calculated from the ammonium level measured by this test and the acidity level (pH) - in accordance with the plate in the instructions attached to the test (Russian). Directions for use: Shake the reagents before use! Rinse the measuring cuvette with test water several times. Fill the measuring cuvette with the tested water up to the 10 ml mark (fresh water) or the 5 ml mark (sea water), then thoroughly wipe the outside of the cuvette until dry. 1. Add 6 drops of reagent and shake the cuvette until the liquid is uniform. 2. After 5 minutes compare the color of the test liquid with the color on the supplied color scale. To do this, place the cuvette on a white field next to the color scale and look at it from above in daylight, avoiding direct sunlight. 3. To determine the ammonia level, use the location table next to the instruction text. 4. 5. Cleaning: before and after testing, rinse the measuring cuvette with running water.
